Bailey Street Furniture Group (BSFG) collaborated with Read Construction Holdings Ltd and Ellis Williams Architects to enhance the external spaces at two sheltered housing schemes in Wrexham: Tir y Capel and Llys y Mynydd. These schemes, refurbished by Wrexham Council, provide independent living for residents aged 60 and over, with a strong focus on accessibility, sustainability, and modern living.

Both schemes also offer communal lounges, laundry rooms, shower rooms, guest accommodations, and landscaped communal gardens to foster a strong sense of community.

Our Solution

BSFG worked closely with project stakeholders to deliver a coordinated range of street furniture and secure storage solutions, improving the functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of the external environment and communal gardens. Our design approach focused on creating welcoming, practical spaces that enhance the daily lives of residents.
